The twelve (12) day rental period begins when the game is delivered. You may return the game on the thirteenth (13) day to ensure a full twelve days of gameplay. Late fees may be incurred if a game is postmarked for return more than thirteen days after its initial day of delivery. Additional rental time may be purchased at checkout or during the rental in your collections page.

We are happy to sell games that are currently checked out, but we don’t currently have enough inventory to replace most rental titles. Send us an email and we will let you know if it is available. We would love to hear about your favorite games!

Accidents happen and we will forgive minor wear at our discretion. When we find that a game is returned with missing pieces, we will email you asking for their return. If a customer repeatedly returns damaged games or if we are unable to reasonably repair a game, we will invoice them for repair or replacement costs. If something happens to the game during your rental, feel free to reach out to us with your concerns before you return it.

Eventualy we will launch a loyalty program to give back to customers as thanks for their support.

We review used and new market prices to make a fair offer considering the needs of our library. On average we will buy most small box games for $5, mid-sized board games for $12, and advanced strategy games for $25. This is subject to change dependent on the condition and scarcity of the game. Please be mindful that some games may not be accepted. As a bonus, if you elect to receive your payment as store credit, we will add an additional 60%, making your $12 game worth $18.20.
